About the Book
Nontoxic Masculinity: A Celebration of good Men
In a culture quick to criticize but slow to guide, millions of men struggle with loneliness, confusion, addiction, and a lack of direction. “Nontoxic Masculinity” offers a refreshing alternative: a celebration of what makes men truly strong.
Drawing from Carl Jung’s archetypal wisdom and expanding it into 12 distinct masculine archetypes, Jessica Chasteen reveals how every man can find his path from toxic shadow states to healthy, mature masculinity. Through compelling stories from history, myth, and modern life, discover the warrior, magician, lover, king, joker, hero, caregiver, sage, explorer, innocent, rebel, and creator within you.
The way forward isn’t about blaming, shaming, nor making men more like women… it’s about helping men recognize their potential.
Don’t just be a real man. Be a real good man.
